Epicurious Drops Beef Recipes Due to Climate Concerns

Epicurious, a popular food media and recipe site, will no longer publish new content featuring beef due to concerns about beef’s large carbon footprint and impact on the climate. The move is self-described as “pro-planet” and meant to encourage more sustainable consumption.
