So what?

The head of Zalando, Robert Gentz, hopes for new fashion business models within the next decade to move the industry away from fast fashion, and towards more sustainable and eco-friendly practices and products.

Zalando is not the only clothing brand offering such a service, but this could be a sign that these environmentally friendly practices are increasing in availability. This demonstrates a drive to shift consumer mindset and behaviour, whilst simultaneously re-shaping the brand’s business model to be more sustainable.
