The pandemic has definitely redefined what ‘normal’ looks like, as people rethink their priorities in a bid “to lead less lucrative but more fulfilling lives.”

So what?

This cohort are often coined ‘time millionaires’, and focus on the time they can spend on leisure and not from working relentless hours. Whilst the concept is a very privileged notion, the popularity of it certainly highlights a new trend in working patterns and culture that could be the start of a long-term shift.
