1 minute read

The Justice for Black Farmers act, introduced by Sens. Cory Booker (D-N.J.), Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), and Kristen Gillibrand (D-N.Y.), addresses historic and ongoing discrimination against Black farmers in the US. The Justice for Black Farmers Act will provide new access to land and credit for Black Farmers, alongside new accountability within the USDA.
