Reefill, a company based in New York, has stations around New York City which offer both free tap water and chilled filtered water for a monthly fee of $1.99. Using the mobile app, members can have access to unlimited refills of chilled and filtered water via Bluetooth, as well as track how much money and how many plastic bottles they have saved. Reefill is also in a partnership with Water.org and pledge that for each day a member uses their service, Reefill provides a day of safe water to someone in the developing world through Water.org.
