Hello! I flew out of JFK Airport Norse Terminal recently with my family, and it was truly a seamless experience. We were a little nervous but had two little ones in tow, and the check-in was smooth and the people very pleasant, even giving the kids little travel advice. The terminal itself was tidy and not too packed, which made going through security far less stressful.
