Golf instructor Michael LaBella is a multi-award winner who made his academy one of Golf Digest's "Best Schools and Academies" in 2022. Mike offers a thorough approach to player development with his advanced qualifications in coaching, ground reaction forces, golf functional movement/biomechanics, skill acquisition, routine building, and mental game training. Mike instructs golfers of all abilities, from amateurs to pros. His pupils have progressed to play on mini-tours, the LPGA, and even at the collegiate level. In the Junior Golf Scoreboard Rankings, AJGA Polo Rankings, and Golfweek Junior Rankings, some of his junior golfers have attained high rankings. Apart from managing his academy, Mike also works as a private golf instructor and advisor for the men's golf team at Robert Morris University (RMU). Mike is a proponent of player-specific tactics and efficiency in coaching, saying, "Let's swing YOUR swing." Let's go quickly; there is no time for inefficient movements. Mike assists in customizing each player's swing through thorough evaluations and a grasp of ground mechanics, which enhances consistency, ball flight, and clubhead speed.
