I spent most of my career in the IT industry with monolithic companies like IBM 1988-2000 and less well known companies like Kalamazoo, Mannesmann Kienzle. Since 2000 I've been a consultant at KPMG, and from 2012 to 2020 an IT industry analyst focused on customer engagement platforms until I took the package in 2020 and started up my one-man-band company CX-Create Ltd, with a view to focusing on customer experience (CX) and sharing my insights with anyone interested and a few clients. One of those, Zoho Corporation, invited me along with around another 100 analysts to their Analyst Summit in Austin in 2022. It was their approach to business, entirely regenerative that has inspired me to change direction and focus most of my time on researching Regenerative Capitalism with a view to deepening my understanding and sharing my thoughts with others - spreading the faith if you like. Far more important than CX or supporting tech. It's probably the first time in my working life that I have felt passionate about anything.
