Policymakers and governments will have to make local and global strategies to help people adapt to these increased temperatures and avoid a catastrophic increase in health vulnerabilities. Additionally, future adaptation systems will have to account for not only existing disparity in access to expenditures like airconditioning but also anticipate the growth in inaccessibility to shelter/heating due to rising conflicts, inflation, and migration.
